Hotels, private guides, premium transfers, small-group tours, and hospitality packages often disappear long before casual travelers realize they should start planning.

Pricing & Deposit

The cost for this luxury small-group journey is $23,566.52 per person, double occupancy. Pricing does not include international flights to and from Africa. A 25% deposit will hold your space, with the balance due on January 4, 2027.

What’s Included

Accommodations in individual luxury safari camps; services of Nat Hab’s professional Expedition Leader(s), local guides, and camp staff; premier open-sided 4-wheel drive Land Cruisers or Rovers; a private Chobe boat cruise; all meals from dinner on Day 1 through breakfast on the final day; some alcoholic beverages; some gratuities; airport transfers on Day 1 and the final day; all activities and entrance fees; taxes, permits, and service fees. Flights internal to Africa are included; international airfare is not.

What’s Not Included

Travel to and from the start and end point of the trip; some alcoholic beverages; some gratuities; passport and visa fees, if any; optional activities; personal expenses such as phone calls or laundry; airline baggage fees; airport and departure taxes, if any; required medical evacuation insurance; and optional travel protection insurance. Additional items such as travel insurance, visas, gratuities, optional excursions, premium beverages where not specified, and personal expenses may also be separate unless otherwise noted in the final itinerary.
